Dressage is one of the many english styles of riding. It is performed in a 66 x 200 ft arena that has letters placed around the edge. The aim of a dressage rider is to create a horse who is supple, balanced and responsive to his riders aids. There are many levels of dressage from beginner to the olympic levels.
